Clean all parts, run one empty bake cycle for 10 minutes, then cool and wipe down before first use.Add Ingredients: Insert the bread pan and kneading blade, then add ingredients in order: liquids first, then dry ingredients, with yeast added last.Select Settings: Use the menu to choose from 13 programs, select loaf size (700g or 900g), and crust color (light, medium, dark).Start Baking: Press Start/Stop to begin. The bread maker kneads, rises, and bakes automatically.Auto Add & Delay: Use the ingredient drawer for nuts, fruit, or extras, and the delay timer to schedule baking up to 13 hours ahead.Finish & Remove: When the cycle ends, the unit beeps.
